From Local Airports
Stanford is roughly equidistant from San Jose and San Francisco airports. Sam Trans' Route KX might be the cheapest way to get to and from San Francisco International Airport. That bus stops in front of the Stanford Shopping Center on El Camino Real. The Stanford shuttle, called Marguerite, connects there. Caltrain and BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit) connect at the Millbrae station and for an additional fee, there are BART trains that run directly to the airport. From Highway 101 North & South
Take the Embarcadero Road exit west toward Stanford. As you cross El Camino Real, Embarcadero turns into Galvez Street as it enters the university. Stay in the left lane as the road forks to the right. At the stop sign, turn right onto Campus Drive. The entrance to the Galvez Field parking lot will be immediately on your right.

From 280 Heading North
Exit Page Mill East toward Stanford. At the second light turn left onto Foothill Expressway. At the next light turn right onto Stanford Avenue. Go straight through two lights and at the first stop sign, turn left onto Bowdoin Street. At the stop sign, turn right onto Campus Drive. Continue on Campus Drive East. Cross Galvez Street which is right after the track field. Turn right into the Galvez Field parking lot, just past Galvez Street.

From Highway 280 Heading South
Exit Sand Hill Road east toward Stanford. Continue east on Sand Hill Road, cross over Santa Cruz Avenue, and at the second light turn right onto Stock Farm Road. At the second stop sign, turn left onto Campus Drive. Continue on Campus Drive past Palm Drive. In the next long block, Galvez parking area is on the left, just before Galvez Road.

From El Camino Real, Heading South
Exit El Camino Real at University Avenue. Turn right toward the hills (away from the center of Palo Alto). As you enter Stanford, University Avenue becomes Palm Drive. Turn left at the traffic light on Arboretum. Turn right on Galvez Street, then right on Campus Drive. The entrance to the Galvez Field parking lot will be immediately on your right.

From El Camino Real, Heading North
Turn left at the intersection of El Camino and Galvez St./Embarcadero Road, by the football stadium. Keep to the left until you pass the fork. At the stop sign, turn right onto Campus Drive. The entrance to the Galvez Field will be immediately on your right.
