The Fourth Symposium will be held in Hyatt Regency Hotel in Monterey from October 28 to November 02, 2012. We have reserved a block of rooms at this hotel for you to stay during the Symposium. We have also made arrangements for complimentary 'view' room upgrades for those making early registrations. We highly recommend that you make your reservation at Hyatt Hotel website as soon as possible.
September 28, 2012 is the cutoff date for the block reservation at the Hyatt. Reservation requests received after the cut-off-date will be accepted based on availability at the Hotel's prevailing rates.
